Lenten Challenge 2013 Day 19: Weekend Food Prep

I spent a total of 1 hour (not all of that hour spent in actual cooking, mind you) trying to make homemade yogurt out of powdered milk. Second try. Second failure. I gave in and bought fresh milk so the rest of our starter doesn’t go to waste, but has anybody out there had success making yogurt out of powdered milk?
