St. Valentine’s Day, February 14:  Pasta Aglio y Olio and Mugs of Love

Friday, February 15:  Slow-roasted Fennel and Chickpeas

Saturday, February 16:  Somebody else cooked us some tilapia with asparagus and macaroni and cheese–yum!  See here for weekend food prep:  vegetable stock.

Sunday, February 17:  Pork Chops.

Monday, February 18:  Slow-roasted Potato Leek Soup

Tuesday, February 19:  French Toast & Fresh Fruit

Wednesday, February 20:  The Big Cheat

Thursday, February 21:  Rustic Pepper Sandwiches

Friday, February 22:  Somebody has already offered to treat us to crab cakes–who are we to say no?  We contributed Corn Pudding.

Saturday, February 23:  Weekend Food Prep and Bagel Pizzas

Thursday, March 14:  Mr. Mackerelsnapper’s Birthday–abstained form meat all day so we could have hoagies

Saturday, March 16:  Lean, Mean, Green Pizza

Sunday, March 17:  Feast of St. Patrick–Guinness Beef Stew, Champ, and Soda Bread

Monday, March 18:  Curried Rice by the Dashboard Light

Tuesday, March 19:  Feast of St. Joseph, Foster Father of Jesus–Pasta Fagioli and Cheese Empanadas

Wednesday, March 20: Curried Vegetables with Suddenly Naan

Thursday, March 21: Half-baked Pizzas

Friday, March 22: Kale Pasta (this is what we had, but I don’t recommend our version)

Saturday, March 23: Breakfast Anytime

Sunday, March 24: Chinese Buffet 🙂

Monday, March 25: Vegan Chili with Microwave Cornbread

Tuesday, March 26: Spirals Alfredo with Peas

Wednesday, March 27:  Seriously Delicious Slow Cooker Falafel

Thursday, March 28:  Holy Thursday:  “Bread Alone” Slow Cooker Quiche

Friday, March 29:  Good Friday:  Krabby Stuffed Potatoes

Saturday, March 30:  Lenten Fasting Ends at noonday.

Sunday, March 31:  EASTER SUNDAY! CHRIST IS RISEN!  ALLELUIA!  Now let’s eat ham.
